If you are dissatisfied with any part of your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange or merchandise refund within the following guidelines:
RETURNS: All returns must be sent within 30 days of receipt and must be in original, re-sellable condition unless defective or damaged in shipping.
We do not accept returns on intimate apparel (underwear, boxer shorts, socks), costumes or on clothing that has been washed. We are not responsible for garment shrinkage. It is your responsibity to wash products carefully.
You can expect a refund within 14 business days of our receiving your return. Refunds will be credited to the same credit card or PayPal account originally used for purchase.
EXCHANGE: If you change your mind and would like to exchange for a different item please return the original purchase to us in new condition. Exchanges will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your return.
SHIPPING: We will refund your shipping costs only if the return is a result of WickedCoolStuff.com's error or manufacturer's defect. When exchanging merchandise for similar items, we will send the the replacement (if available) with no additional shipping charges incurred on your part. If your replacement item is larger or heavier than the original package additional shipping costs may apply.

Make sure the above information is included or we may not be able to process your return. When returning merchandise we recommend sending it via 1st Class or Priority Mail with the post office for your convenience. Please do not send returns via Express, 2nd Day or other costly services.
